The CRC accepts volunteers year-round to assist us in our local nocturnal crocodile eyeshine surveys, biodiversity surveys, and educational outreach events. CRC team members ensure that all volunteers are trained and knowledgeable in the research and education we conduct, providing volunteers a taste of conservation research and biology. The amount of days and times will be determined based on the volunteers’ availability and the CRC research schedule.
Currently, the CRC receives regular volunteers from Projects Abroad in regards to assisting us in crocodile behavior observations, biodiversity surveys and crocodile population surveys. We have also hosted volunteers from Croc U (Shawn Heflick), Busch Gardens, and Rolf C. Hagen, Inc just to name a few!
